Why visit Štrbački Buk?

Štrbački Buk is the largest and most famous waterfall in Una National Park, in the far northwest of Bosnia. The Una river drops about 24 meters over a wide series of travertine steps, sending up spray into a pool of bright green and blue water. Wooden walkways and viewpoints take you right up to the falls. The river here also forms the border with Croatia.

Una National Park was founded in 2008 and is Bosnia's newest national park. The Una is often called one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe.
